Wow.. I just love being a Beachbody coach! It amazes me how many programs and promotions they make available for anyone at any fitness level to get healthy and fit.. This video really goes into detail on both the 21 Day Fix and the 21 Day Fix Extreme... What a cool promotion to be running after the super bowl and so close to Spring!
